Senior Business Analyst — Global Claims Platform

Your Mission

As the lead Business Analyst you will act as the strategic bridge between international business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, navigating complex multi-country requirements to ensure the new integrated claims management platform meets local regulatory needs and global scalability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: Lead analysis for the global claims platform, including complex data migration strategies from existing solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and high-level interviews with business and IT leaders across multiple jurisdictions.
• High-Quality Deliverables: Produce and maintain robust BA documentation, including Business & Functional Requirements (BRD/FRD), detailed use cases, user stories with rigorous acceptance criteria, and visual "As-Is" vs "To-Be" process flows and optimized user journeys.
• Standardization vs. Localization: Analyse multi-country requirements to distinguish essential local deviations from opportunities for global standardization.
• Agile Delivery Support: Support backlog refinement and prioritization; collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to ensure testable, clear requirements for UAT.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years as a Business Analyst on large-scale, multi-stakeholder international projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Claims Management within Commercial Insurance (essential).
• Track Record: Proven experience in claims system implementations or replacements (greenfield or migration).
• Technical Tools: Highly proficient in Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar modelling and collaboration tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication (written and verbal); self-driven, highly structured, able to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
• Location: Based in the Netherlands.

• Preference is given to a "deta-vast" (temp-to-perm) construction
